We just got it 2 months ago and it's sagging already. ☹️ and our hips and backs are in pain

I am sleeping but it is a bit too soft

1st nite was very restful, we did not wake up with aches & pains like our old sleep number bed.

Hoping for a good sleep on it

Felt softer in the store but hoping it softens up over time. A firm and supportive mattress.
