We both like a soft but not too soft mattress and this is something that we both agreed about. It is soft but it has a good support. Another issue that we have before is that every time I have to get up in the morning, my husband wakes up because of the bed movement. Thanks to this mattress, we don't have that problem anymore. We can both get up anytime without waking up each other. Definitely a good mattress!

The gel memory foam provides additional comfort all night. The mattress cover has a cool-to-the-touch feel which helps with a more restful sleep.

I would say the mattress somewhat "cuddles" you if you are a back sleeper. I would not describe this as a firm mattress but it is supportive. The quality seems really good and should hold up for many years. I have always been a fan of Serta in the past and they have seemed to keep up with the quality of their mattresses. I'm very pleased with this mattress and I am getting good rest. I have woke up with a sore back in the past. After using this mattress for a little over a week, I have yet to wake up with a sore back. So far, so good.

Once you lay on this mattress, it cradles your body and feels like a hug. This mattress is extremely comfortable. It is helpful for relieving back pain. I'm a side sleeper, and I do not wake up with numb arms when using this mattress. I'm in love.
