It is the perfect amount of softness, but you do not feel like you're sinking in to the mattress. You can feel the quality when you touch it. It helps me so much and is very comfortable. I like that this mattress isn't a super thick one so the sheet fits it nicely and isn't always falling off. I highly recommend the Serta brand!

It's been hard to adjust from a soft memory foam to a more firm mattress but I stand by our decision. It is much better for my back. I haven't had as much back pain transitioning to a more firm mattress. My biggest thing is falling asleep. I just can't get comfortable. We've been using this mattress for approximately one week and everyday it continues to get better. I really love that it's not bright white. We always put a protector on our mattress but you never know if anything will eventually get through. It's holding up quite nicely and we are starting to enjoy having this mattress.

Easy to rotate with handles on each side. I do not get hot at night with this mattress and there is no extra padding needed.
