It is the right amount of Support with the right amount of PLUSH! I find that I am able to wake up feeling refreshed, because I am no longer tossing and turning to find that comfortable spot! No matter if you are a back or side sleeper, this is your mattress from a company who has ALWAYS been known for QUALITY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combination of coils and gel memory foam is what my back has been missing. My back has been aching for a while and I have gotten used to it. I didn't know it could be my mattress. When we changed to this Serta, the support of this mattress and comfort has helped my situation. It is a balance of firm and plush. I wake up more refreshed. It fits perfectly with my generic bed frame so it is true-to-size. The mattress itself is a soft blue color and feels very soft. The height is nice. I don't have to bend down so much. Overall, it is a great investment. You can't beat a restful night sleep.

I have back trouble, but I don't like a really firm mattress which is usually recommended for people with back trouble. The medium firmness is just perfect. It feels soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to give me the support I need. It doesn't make me feel hot like some other foam mattresses have before. I would say it's a perfect combination of an inner spring and a memory foam mattress.

I suffer from SEVERE Degenerative disk disease in the later stages and I honestly had been sleeping in my recliner chair until this bed came. It's the FIRST ONE I hadn't found myself waking up at night and having to leave the bed. I truly beleive its its the dual design of its coil springs & GEL MEMORY FOAM that CRADLES & SUPPORTS my body while sleeping ( especially to my LUMBAR & HIP REGION- where it usually hurts the most- that is making ALL the DIFFERENCE! ) I've also noticed I'm not having hot flashes like I normally do too, thats ANOTHER PERK!
