I recently purchased this TV and Xfinity Streaming app does not work so an external device is needed to use Xfinity/Comcast and this problem will NOT be fixed. All the other apps work except Xfinity/Comcast. There are a few features that I like but I find the ads over power everything. IMO this TV is about ads and not function or what the customer wants. If you have Xfinity and want to use it, try another TV such as a ROKU TV if you don't want an external device. This is just not with this TV as I have another Samsung Smart TV and as of Oct 26, 2025 the Xfinity Streaming app does not work and an external device will be needed.
