the tv is mostly fine - the lack of ability to turn in on and off without an app is annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the tv has been great, but the remote is terrible and makes it difficult to get to the sleep timer. I ended buying an aftermarket remote that is exactly like the remote for my Samsung OLED. I have 3 Samsung TV's that all use the Tizen OS so why does my 32” have a remote with a hundred buttons instead of the streamlined one like the 43” and 65”? It is also much slower response than I would like and often when using settings it would freeze up. I ended up deleted the Samsung plus app, and all but Hulu, Max and Netflix just to get it running faster. The picture is great but the rest is far from the standard I've come to expect from my Samsung televisions

I only buy Samsung TV's.
