Navigating from streaming to cable is seamless. The picture is sharp and clean. Colors are vivid and it is easy to control or change any aspect of the screen. The sound is clear and smooth. Overall I am pleased I made the decision to switch from my old brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like how the sound goes off several times and I have to unplug the tv, wait 60 seconds, plug it in and turn it on again. Also the voices sound muffled a lot of the times. As a result, I don't watch tv as much anymore.

When you use the return button to access the live menu the show you are presently watching goes away in the background. This is a nuisance that didn't exist in my previous Samsung smart tv. I would think an update could resolve this problem.

Colors are vivid and clear, and the TV responds quickly when navigating menus or gaming. The sound quality is surprisingly good, creating an immersive experience. Overall, this is a great TV and I would highly recommend it.

I have a sound bar I prefer a better sounding system. The only con would be the apps. Not much variety compared to my fire tv setup in a different room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the WORST Samsung television I've ever owned out of 3 others. The sound is terrible. It's hard to understand how to find different things on the television and doesn't seem self-explanatory or user-friendly at all like a large larger Samsung I have in my living room.The remote is Way too small with too many small buttons. It comes with way too many apps on the screen to begin with and hard to find how to add my own apps. The picture quality is fine, but there's nothing else about this television that would make me want to ever buy it again (or even have it given to me for free).. I'm ready to give it away and buy another brand. After this experience I won't take a chance on another Samsung.

It has all the things I need on a bedroom TV- The only reason I do not give this TV 5 stars is that the WiFi connection gets lost at least 2 times a week and I have to go through the troubleshooting. My WiFi router is less than 5 yards away from this with just one drywall in the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Samsung brand. My Samsung FHD TV has been really good to me and I wouldn't ask for any other brand of TV other than Samsung. However, the soundstaging could be a bit better because you have to have it on full blast to hear anything. But other than that the brightness, clarity, contrast, and responsiveness are as good as good can be. I have no complaints. I love my Samsung TV!

Samsung software and user interface is easy to get grasp on and change the TV modes once you get the hang of it. Processor is slow and the navigation between the menu and from one step to another is very sluggish and slow. I am attaching a computer and another TV stick to doge the slow speed of the TV. Again love the picture. I had Samsung before then got Vizio for a corner and now back to Samsung; hands down Samsung picture has no comparison. Tv sound is loud too. Game attached to tv is another wonderful experience because of the colors, contrast, brightness and clarity. Over all very satisfied
