Good product for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV for the price. The picture is bright and clear with good contrast, and the interface is simple and easy to use. Sound is decent for everyday watching. Overall, a solid choice if you want a reliable smart TV without spending too much.

Loss of privacy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used Bluetooth to connect it would buffer. It was located 18 inches from the router. I had to Hotwire to have a consistent connection. When I tried to connect I did not want you to have rights to my data, but it wouldn't allow me to move further. I now own this TV and should not require me to give up my rights to privacy. This was also true for my new sound bar. Again, I had to Hotwire to get it to try to connect. I couldn't connect without you having ability listen in on my life. I'm not using it now.

Hi Nothappy, We're sorry to hear you experienced issues with connecting Bluetooth devices to your TV. If you're noticing interrupted sound from your Bluetooth audio device, this may be due to interference from nearby wireless signals. To help improve Bluetooth sound quality: • Place the Bluetooth speaker as close to the TV as possible, and make sure there are no obstacles between them. • Avoid placing your wireless router near the Bluetooth speaker, as this may cause interference. • Use a 5GHz wireless network if possible, which helps reduce signal congestion. (Note: 5 GHz may not be available on all models.) For further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). ~Samsung Advisor

Fantastic For a Small Bedroom, Den, or Garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV rocks. We didn't need a large screen where it was going. The picture is pretty good out of the box, but I recommend messing around with the picture settings. Sound is what you can expect from TVs these days.

Awful interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate my Samsung Smart TV. I have to press home at least twice after I've pressed the power button. Then I have to use my other remote to change the channel. Stupid. Also, many times the audio does not come on after I turned on the tv. The only remedy is to power it off! Ridiculous. This tv is less than a year old. I'm sorry I bought it.

Hi Saml, We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your F6000F TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps: 1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Change batteries. 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat is also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture, sound etc. are all fine. BIGGEST problem is the time it takes to connect to a streaming platform. No matter which one I try to connect to. Easily a minute to connect. Very disappointed with this smart tv.

Hi Ganana, Thank you for sharing your experience with the internet connection on your Samsung F6000F TV. Whether you're using Wi-Fi or a wired (LAN) connection, there are a few steps you can take to help resolve the issue: 1. Power Cycle Your Equipment. Unplug both your TV and router/modem from the wall outlet. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow both devices to fully restart. 2. Check the Network Status. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Network Status. This will help determine if the issue lies with the network or the TV. 3. Try a Different Connection Type. If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting an Ethernet (LAN) cable directly from your router to the TV to test the connection. If you're using a wired connection, try switching to Wi-Fi to see if the issue persists. 4. Reestablish the Network Connection. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Open Network Settings, and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi or wired network. 5. Update Firmware. Software updates can often resolve network bugs. To check for the latest version: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If these steps don't resolve the issue, we’d be happy to provide further assistance. Please call Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun. LiveChat with an agent as well as product manuals, software, and warranty info can also be found under the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Starting out good in the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tizen system needs some twinkle with the voice assistant plus the stand alone apps has a slow response. The color balance is on point and hopefully this Samsung TV lasts longer than the other Samsung TVS went out once the warranty ran out

Great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung TV except for one problem. Every time we turn it on, instead of the picture coming right on, the screen shows all these different features and shows that are available. The show we're trying to watch is on a tiny screen to the left. After about 2 or 3 minutes we get a full screen of the show we're trying to watch. Is this normal, or are we doing something wrong?
