TV itself, fine. Shows get interrupted with announcements about updates, which is annoying. The volume on those announcements is loud, which is annoying. Get a lot of emails from Samsung about new products etc which is annoying.

difficult to program, It talks when i change the volumn or mute it ! How do i silence this nuisance ? It talks when i turn it on with three options . i don't want to here it talk about anything.

We updated to a slightly bigger 65" and couldn't be happier with it. The picture is really crisp and clear on most shows we watch unless it's an older program.

I have 4 Samsung Smart TV's in my home. I have no interest in buying any other brand. Samsung is outstanding and I will continue to support Samsung Smart TV
