Samsung software and user interface is easy to get grasp on and change the TV modes once you get the hang of it. Processor is slow and the navigation between the menu and from one step to another is very sluggish and slow. I am attaching a computer and another TV stick to doge the slow speed of the TV. Again love the picture. I had Samsung before then got Vizio for a corner and now back to Samsung; hands down Samsung picture has no comparison. Tv sound is loud too. Game attached to tv is another wonderful experience because of the colors, contrast, brightness and clarity. Over all very satisfied

The two negatives are the remote control (it is almost unusable), and the “tinny”sound from TV speakers. That was cured by the purchase of a sound bar.

The buttons on the remote are small and the TV is slow to respond when you push buttons for certain apps. The home screen I find to be Very complicated and hard to find the apps that I want as they are minimized so that the user interface can prefer Samsung related to apps.

The remotes are quick to respond and the contrast makes subtitles easy to read. The speakers are placed so that they can be heard clearly anywhere in the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only set I could find that was 18” or less in height with legs which was a necessity. The start up is a little awkward having to use the cell phone. Once I got past that the TV is limited as to what apps can be installed or I just couldn't find the information. To get it done I put on a Roku stick to use YouTube TV. I plugged it into the HDMI port but it was not recognizing it. I didn't realize it was port 2. Once I realized that I put it into port 1. I finally got that to work but had to google if I could default to the HDMI 1 port. Once all that got done the set has a great picture. My other TV's brands are not a cumbersome to set up and are much easier to change inputs.

Sound is great. The channels change so quickly and easily. I haven't had any problems with the settings. I'm very satisfied. Will definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a good smart tv for the money: The picture is bright and clear, and shows up well in a fairly bright room. There is ample contrast for good viewing. Motion is smooth, not jumpy or blurred. The sound is about as good as a tv speaker can produce: it's a bit tinny, but voices can be heard just fine. One thing that would make a big improvement would be an RCA sound output to connect to an older stereo receiver. That would compensate for the lower quality of the tv speaker sound,

Tried to set up TV for over 5 HOURS ! Tooked 1 1/2 hours to get my Amazon Prime on. Never was able to download my Spectrem Video on this TV. Worked with the Spectrem Technician and also the Samsung technician. For over 3 hours never could download the Spectrem service! Ended up returning Samsung TV! And purchased a LG. Which was much easier to download my video apps
