[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Perfect sleeper is so comfortable! I lay on it and instantly fall asleep! I have used this for a while now and I used to constantly wake up and it was hard to walk because my back hurt so bad. This mattress does not make my back hurt! It is so nice. It also is very easy to flip when I need to flip to level it out.

1/8/2024 At Bordona's I bought the medium 12" Perfect Sleeper"Dazzling Night" hybrid. Waited 2wks deliver. My first night in a rainstorm, I laid down at 7:30pm to the t.v. & woke at 8am. Dark rainy day, It was still dark. I felt great for sleeping on my back, a big No! The next few nights I don't remember sleepiness & woke refreshed w no backache. ( For 3+ yrs I would wakeup every 2 hrs on a new worsening sag in the center of my bed. I had nerve attacks & sciatica at nite & 2 days w/o steep was normal. This matress is a lifesaver at 65yrs, losing sleep is a health issue! Thank you Serta for a great matress! ( Now if I can figure out why my 2 yr old New never used Serta Motion Slim base doesn't work,( tried changing batteries) then I would be totally happy!

It's probably one of the most comfortable mattresses that I've ever slept on. The 12 inch thickness is perfect for what I was needing. I wake up and feel more rested than I had previously. I will definitely recommend this mattress to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FINALLY I've found the PERFECT mattress!! It is SO incredibly comfortable, firm with a little give, so you don't feel like you're sleeping on concrete. Seriously it allows me to sleep the best I have in ages! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the absolutely horrendous chemical-like smell of the new mattress as soon as I took the plastic off. I had to leave the window open and the fan on in the bedroom for 6 days so it could air out before I could even try it out. The smell is so overwhelming it triggered my asthma. It is much better now than it was upon arrival but still quite noticeable. All-in-all I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is fairly lightweight but sleeps well. Its not super soft nor hard so it fits the mold of a medium density mattress. I have this in my guest room where I have a queen sized bed. I took a few naps on it to test it out and no complaints at all. This is my first non memory foam mattress purchase in a while but it holds its own. I felt well rested waking up from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first I was a little uneasy about the mattress....when it arrived it had a sticker on the bed tag that said "Floor model". I am going to assume that this mattress has had several bodies on it prior to me receiving it. fortunately, I have only been using the mattress a few days (it was delivered 4/17/23) and it is very comfy! so, I can only assume maybe it was lightly used while in the store? I prefer a firm mattress, and this one is just the right firmness. I know that with time they will soften, but I don't see this mattress getting TOO soft. so far I am pleased with this item and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched out my medium plush mattress for a firm mattress and I am happy I did. I would wake up with pain in my neck and back. I would wake up in the night to reposition, but I would still wake up in the morning with aches and pains. This mattress has helped improve my nights sleep. It is firm in all the right places. I was finally able to get a decent nights sleep after one year of sleeping on my previous mattress. The coil support system inside of the mattress is very nice as well because you can feel the support all over your body. Thank you Serta! I am so happy that this mattress exists.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I like about this mattress is that I don't feel low to the ground anymore, I am 6 foot and I can sit comfortable vs my old mattress height. The perfect comfort as it's not too firm but a perfect touch of cushion, I also so much better and now my roommate is going to get the king of this mattress as mine was a queen. I can't forgot to mention the delivery company was on top of it, called me when they were close and helped take it up and set it up on my bed and took the old mattress. He was also very respectful of my property, took his shoes off without me having to ask. Very kind

I don't wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning, I don't get too hot, and I have no backache. Mattress is made of great quality, molds to my body, like a cloud, and it's not extremely heavy either. I love that I don't have to worry if I'm going to get a good nights sleep or not. It's amazing how great your feel when you sleep on an amazing mattress!
