I have back trouble, but I don't like a really firm mattress which is usually recommended for people with back trouble. The medium firmness is just perfect. It feels soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to give me the support I need. It doesn't make me feel hot like some other foam mattresses have before. I would say it's a perfect combination of an inner spring and a memory foam mattress.

Our old mattress had two three inch foam toppers in it, because I wanted all the cushion and it didn't give it, but this one is perfect for me. No foam toppers needed!

It was very light to move into the house which made it much easier to put on the old bed once it was delivered. The cushioning on the top is awesome. It was soft and had a nice about 2 inches of cushioning which was great. I have slept much better since getting this mattress!!!

It cradles you just enough for the plush comfort without causing dips between you and your partner! The mattress sleeps cool. I have not gotten too hot at night. And the pressure relief allow me to wake up feeling refreshed and loose! I do not have the baddy aches after using this mattress!!! I cannot recommend it enough.

I wasn't sure at first when I laid on the bed as it is definitely firmer than our memory foam mattress. Since sleeping on our Serta Perfect Sleeper I have not had any additional pain. In fact, it provides me with additional comfort and support, which has enabled me to sleep more soundly.
