I didn't know it could be my mattress. When we changed to this Serta, the support of this mattress and comfort has helped my situation. It is a balance of firm and plush. I wake up more refreshed. It fits perfectly with my generic bed frame so it is true-to-size. The mattress itself is a soft blue color and feels very soft. The height is nice. I don't have to bend down so much. You'll definitely need to buy deep pocket fitted sheets. We have not noticed and "dipping" in the areas we sleep on. So, it appears to be holding up very well. Once you lay on this mattress, it cradles your body and feels like a hug. This mattress is extremely comfortable. It is helpful for relieving back pain. I'm a side sleeper, and I do not wake up with numb arms when using this mattress. I'm in love.
