Supportive, comfy, do not sink down and disappear into the abyss of memory foam. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to more time on it. 🙃

My husband and I have just about opposite needs when it comes to a mattress and this is perfect for us!! Firm with a soft pillow top. We are both sleeping very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Serta Perfect mattress in about a month ago and I don't know how I ever lived without it before. Not only has my sleep drastically changed, it's changed my entire comfort level. I do not wake up with aches and pains from a bad mattress, the Serta mattress is very well made, very luxurious, and super comfortable. You can fall in and simply sleep. I absolutely love this mattress and will be a serta customer forever.

So far, keep in mind this is day 1 of sleeping on it but it feels a little more plush than I might have wanted I don't necessarily want my body to sink into the mattress which I feel like it does so far. But I'll give my body some time to adjust to it and if it is still too soft I'll go with something a bit more firm. But I slept well on it so far.

This is our 1st firm mattress. So far it has taken away much of our back pain. Very supportive. Decent sleep.

Mattress side does not sag. About the comfort level, I think it's too early to say. I need few weeks to be able to tell the difference.

Very comfy mattress that takes the next step into relaxation. The cooling gel layer is amazing!! Altogether a wonderful mattress to sleep on.

Very comfortable mattress has that pillow top feel but yet it's firm and supportive. Great for a restful sleep.

Comfortable sleep, maybe adjust your sheet blanket ratio but other than that have had good sleep the last few nights
