I'm very picky on what kind of mattress I use because recently I had a back surgery. The firmness was very good and i feel like the mattress great for my back . I sleep longer and I wake up feeling better than ever . The mattress is very good quality .

I really dislike changing mattresses because you never know it will work out, until you try it. I have to say I have not felt any back pain or neck pain with transitioning to this Serta mattress!

It is just the right amount of plushness and support I need. It has been a long time since I have slept this well! It is kinda like sleeping on a fluffy cloud that just makes sleeping easy. My husband also says he sleeps better now that we have the PS23 SERTA PERFECT SLEEPER Dazzling Nights 12" MED.

My first night on I said no, it didn't seem as comfortable as the one in the showroom. My partner reminded me that the showroom one had a lot of people try it. He had a great 1st night! So I tried it again and again, we've had it for a month and I LOVE IT! Just give it time.

It's probably one of the most comfortable mattresses that I've ever slept on. The 12 inch thickness is perfect for what I was needing. I wake up and feel more rested than I had previously. It has the perfect in between of soft and firm, it's like baby bears porridge “just right. It's also a keep cool design, so I don't get overheated at night and my back, and hips feel great!
