Soft but sleeping it feels like I'm in a sink whole. When up in morning I see a sink. Even.if I rotate it. It does the same

I must say I haven't bought a mattress in about 15 years. I think the timing was perfect. So far so good!

I got mattress on 12th Jan 2026 . It was comfortable for 10 days. However, it started sagging on one side & back started hurting

Pretty firm compared to the one we tried in the store but we're looking forward to when it softens up. Over all we like it

Mattress is sooo comfortable. Glad I finally decided to buy a Serta. Definitely worth every penny paid and would recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress.
