It is very supportive and gives a cuddle feel when sleeping. I am a notorious side sleeper, and this mattress perfectly contours to my shoulders and hips. Also, the daily aches and pains I get when I wake up first thing in the morning are gone. I had no idea that my old mattress caused me so much discomfort. I just thought I was getting old. My only regret is not getting this mattress sooner.

This mattress is so soft and feels like it envelopes my body when I lay upon it. It is very supportive of my body and I feel comfortable and supported. Sometimes I get a sore back with some mattresses, but this one honestly relieves my aches and pains and I wake up after a full night of sleep feeling rested and better than ever. This mattress also doesn't make me overheat or feel too warm laying on it. It's the perfect addition to our bedroom and will be used for many, many years to come! It's truly like sleeping on a cloud.

I suffer from SEVERE Degenerative disk disease in the later stages and I honestly had been sleeping in my recliner chair until this bed came. It's the FIRST ONE I hadn't found myself waking up at night and having to leave the bed. I truly beleive its its the dual design of its coil springs & GEL MEMORY FOAM that CRADLES & SUPPORTS my body while sleeping ( especially to my LUMBAR & HIP REGION- where it usually hurts the most- that is making ALL the DIFFERENCE! ) I've also noticed I'm not having hot flashes like I normally do too, thats ANOTHER PERK! I didn't know it could be my mattress. When we changed to this Serta, the support of this mattress and comfort has helped my situation. It is a balance of firm and plush. I wake up more refreshed. It fits perfectly with my generic bed frame so it is true-to-size. The mattress itself is a soft blue color and feels very soft. The height is nice. I don't have to bend down so much. Overall, it is a great investment. You can't beat a restful night sleep.

Right off the bat I could tell this mattress is made of high-quality as it is very very very comfortable. The medium was not too soft and not too hard so it was a perfect combination of soft, but gave the support you would want in a firm, so it was the best of both worlds. Another great perk was that it fits on our adjustable bed frame and is compatible with the bending. The mattress is body temperature regulating for comfortable nights and also comes with a 10 year warranty which is awesome. I can't say enough good things about this mattress as it is everything I was looking for. The Serta perfect sleeper blue lagoon mattress is on the top of the charts for me and my wife and we highly recommend getting one.

It has a massaging kind of feeling due to the different heights of the mattress pad, so it seems to have like pressure points support, which makes you relax while you are going to sleep.
