It has the perfect firmness and with the pillowtop and it doesn't make it too fluffy or too soft. The mattress itself is well built the material is strong and sturdy making this mattress a great quality product. I highly recommend this to anyone with back issues or to those that like a firm mattress.

My husband and I have been sleeping on it for about a week. We both have been sleeping better than we have in a long while. The medium firmness is not too hard, but not too soft either. The pillowtop adds extra comfort. Love, Love, Love!!!

We had a nectar mattress for the past 10 years, it was nice but wanted to support of an inner structure with the comfort of a memory foam. This was the best of both worlds getting the Serta hybrid. The Med firm with pillow top is perfect. I get great sleep, I am a side sleeper, wife is a back sleeper. Both are extremely comfortable.

Since sleeping on this new mattress, I have had some of the best sleep I've ever had. The mattress is the perfect combination of softness and firmness. The thick, plush pillow top feels like a comfy cloud but with the firm support, my body doesn't sink and is gently supported from all angles. The mattress has a nice cooling aspect and doesn't make me feel too warm. Fabric is sleek and smooth as well. Even the color scheme and design on this mattress look high end and it's a shame it gets covered with a sheet. Sleeping on the Serra Perfect Sleeper, I have never woken up stiff or sore. Mattress height is quite high, at 14 inches so it is important to note that some sheets won't fit all the way around and I needed to use deep pocket sheets. This is a quality made mattress with a lot of advanced comfort features. I am very happy with it.

As a stomach sleeper, this is perfect for me. I've had back pain with softer mattresses and do not with this one. I also like the height of the mattress. This mattress has very durable quality. I also put a mattress protector on it.

My husband likes a firm mattress and I prefer soft. This is a perfect solution to our preferences! The coils are nice for support and offered a wonderful nights sleep. This mattress is durable and I think we will get many years out of it.

I've found that medium firm is perfect for me, as it offers sturdy support, but is still very comfortable with the added pillow top. My partner prefers a firmer bed and I prefer a softer bed, and this mattress has been a perfect compromise for us. My partner suffers from back pain and has found this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. On an aesthetic note, the dark cobalt shade is very pretty and the top of the mattress has a beautiful design. This is my first time trying a Serta mattress, and I cannot recommend it enough!

All of my sheets seem to stay on it overnight. It is the perfect depth and has great comfort for my husband. He was not wanting to get up this morning. I think I will be upgrading all of my bedrooms to this mattress.
