It is super comfortable I usually wake up with a horrible back pain and feel like I didn't sleep, but not today. I have no pain and feel well rested. The fabric is soft and the firmness of the mattress is just right not to stiff. Recommended

This mattress is super comfortable and has medium firmness which is exactly what I wanted and needed. Not only is my back feeling better but i'm having the best sleep now. Such a relief to finally find what you're looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first I was a little uneasy about the mattress....when it arrived it had a sticker on the bed tag that said "Floor model". I am going to assume that this mattress has had several bodies on it prior to me receiving it. fortunately, I have only been using the mattress a few days (it was delivered 4/17/23) and it is very comfy! so, I can only assume maybe it was lightly used while in the store? I prefer a firm mattress, and this one is just the right firmness. I know that with time they will soften, but I don't see this mattress getting TOO soft. so far I am pleased with this item and would recommend!

It's the right kind of firmness and softness at the same time that you would love it was the best night sleep I've had in a long time.

My first night on I said no, it didn't seem as comfortable as the one in the showroom. My partner reminded me that the showroom one had a lot of people try it. He had a great 1st night! So I tried it again and again, we've had it for a month and I LOVE IT! Just give it time.

The matress is nice and firm not to soft not to hard . It's got a nice thickness to it so happy with this . I have back problems and usually can't sleep through out the night but I didn't have a problem sleeping on this mayress .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed using this mattress. We have always had trouble finding a mattress that wasn't too firm or too soft. This mattress seems to be right in the middle as far as support and has us both waking up in the morning without a sore back. It has kept us both cool as well at night!

1/8/2024 At Bordona's I bought the medium 12" Perfect Sleeper"Dazzling Night" hybrid. Waited 2wks deliver. My first night in a rainstorm, I laid down at 7:30pm to the t.v. & woke at 8am. Dark rainy day, It was still dark. I felt great for sleeping on my back, a big No! The next few nights I don't remember sleepiness & woke refreshed w no backache. ( For 3+ yrs I would wakeup every 2 hrs on a new worsening sag in the center of my bed. I had nerve attacks & sciatica at nite & 2 days w/o steep was normal. This matress is a lifesaver at 65yrs, losing sleep is a health issue! Thank you Serta for a great matress! ( Now if I can figure out why my 2 yr old New never used Serta Motion Slim base doesn't work,( tried changing batteries) then I would be totally happy!
