My teenagers have quickly embraced the machine and have been using it for all of their various coffee needs. I absolutely love that it can be used for either single servings of hot or cold beverages or you can use it to brew an entire pot, which is wonderful for entertaining. It was extremely easy to get everything set up and all of the important parts come apart easily, which makes cleaning so much simpler than most coffee machines. It has a nice design overall and does not take up too much counter space. Such a great product.

I'm a huge coffee drinker so I was so excited to get to try the Ninja DualBrew. It's beautiful not too big o. Your countertop for all that it does . It comes with a pod adapter and coffee grind adapter so you can use it for both. It comes with a large 55 oz carafe that has 10 brew size options, or you can choose from 4 sizes when using Pods. You can choose a style for brewing like classic , rich, iced, or cold brew to customize your coffee exactly how you want it. I love the smart scooper that has a little cubby area in the machine and an adapter holder as well to keep everything organized. It brews a smooth custom coffee each time with minimal noise. It has tons of options like the self clean option and most pieces are dishwasher safe. This machine is a wonderful option especially if you have a home with a few coffee drinkers that all have different ways of taking their coffee!

It has so many different options of how to make your coffee there is no reason to not have it exactly how you want it. My fiancé loves the bold option and the ability to adjust how many oz of water is used. It is nice to be able to use the pods or coffee grounds and to have the regular pot or be able to brew one cup at a time. It has a great water tank capacity and it is very easy to change out between brewing a whole pot of grounds or just one cup. Absolutely love the iced coffee and cold brew options for myself since I prefer iced coffee. This is the best coffee maker we have ever used. It was ready to set up and they gave easy to follow instructions to prime the code pot for use. The first time I used it was with the carafe, which they even included some coffee filters. I love stronger coffee and I wasn't disappointed! This is seriously a coffee at home game changer. When it first starts you hear the typical coffee pot sound but then it's relatively quite. It also didn't take long compared to my other coffee pot. Plus I love you can use Pods, make coffee over ice, it has multiple cup size options, etc. I highly recommend this coffee pot, it's worth every penny!

My mom was never a fan of how much countertop space they took up. The biggest bummer for me was the fact that you cannot use a re-usable k-cup with this system. I much prefer using re-be usable things and cutting out plastic wherever I can. The thing I enjoy is that you can use compostable coffee filters for coffee or tea. This machine isn't just for coffee lovers. You can make hot cocoa from a k-cup with this as well. I used loose tea in a coffee filter. It along with actual coffee grinds in a filter both came out watery I noticed, which was a bummer. So I need to see if there's a way to fix that or if it's just the model. But when I do a k-cup with the same command of 'rich', it comes out strong. Overall I'm pretty happy with the fact that it can be used for things besides coffee. But wish I could use the re-usable k-cup containers.

It's not a game-changing kitchen appliance, but it's a sleek and stylish way to prepare my caffeine fix in different ways. I'm finding that it's not a great coffee maker for a family of coffee drinkers who don't take their caffeine the same way. For example if I've prepared a delay-brew pot of coffee for me to have in the morning and my kid stays up to make a cup of tea, she has to remove all the carafe accessories, replace with the k-cup ones, and afterwards swap the parts back in, but the carafe back on, AND press the 5 or 6 button sequence to re-set my morning coffee timer. I love the small bonus of the slot on the side that holds a measuring spoon for getting the right amount of coffee grounds scoops to water because I normally just eyeball it. Oddly enough, the inside of my Ninja coffee maker had water droplets and moisture right out of the box which was a bit unsettling (was it a refurb or return?) but I intended to wash all of the components anyhow. Set-up is very easy, and preparing it the night before for brewing a pot was super easy. As with most automatic coffee makers it's a bit annoying when you change its outlet or the power flickers because you then have to reprogram the time itself and the delay brew time, but this Ninja makes it much easier to do because it has both "up" and "down" (or left and right - whatever way you want to think of it) buttons, so you don't accidentally cycle past the time clicking and holding too fast as most makers do. I haven't tried making iced coffee yet but both pod and carafe have been successful. Setting the warming tray to 4 hours and max temperature has meant that our early morning coffee tastes good and hot for everybody in the house. It's slender and modern, and fits nicely on our kitchen counter; however, it's too tall to go under standard cabinets so you have to pull it forward in order to open the lid for the coffee filters (another small inconvenience that is typical of most coffee makers.)

I love that I can customize the strength, and style of coffee drink I want. This maker is very very versatile. I can use ground coffee or K cups by using the included attachment. Its very easy to install (just put in coffee basket), and it makes it no problem. Its very easy to use, and thanks to the quick start instructions provided, I was able to enjoy my first cup with ease. There's even the option to make Iced Coffee if you prefer. I really enjoy this. I can finally brew coffee anyway I want to, right at home. This coffee maker makes a classic cup of coffee, a rich cup of coffee, coffee over ice, and cold brew! Not only that, you can brew coffee grounds with this coffee maker or K pods! The makers from Ninja truly thought of everything when they made this coffee maker. It has features I never even thought would exist. It comes with a beautiful display, that is very easy to figure out how to operate, with a digital clock on it! It has a Ninja Smart Scoop built into the side, that gives you the perfect size of grounds when making a pot or even just a cup of coffee. This has the ability to make anywhere from a 6 ounce cup to a 55 ounce carafe of coffee. It has a storage area for the grounds adapter and the KPod adapter. The only thing I do not like about the storage for the KPod adapter is that the adapter sticks out a little bit further in the back, which makes it harder to push the coffee pot all the way to the back of the counter. That's literally the only complaint I would have about this coffee maker. This coffee maker even has a brew stop! I never thought I would see that in a coffee maker. It gives you the ability to stop the brew at any time. So if I am making a carafe of coffee and I just cannot wait for it to finish to get my 1st cup, all I have to do is switch over to brew stop. It will stop the flow for me to get my cup and put it back. Then I just turn the brew stop back to open! That is so genius to me! It also has a delay button to where I can set up my coffee maker to start brewing at whatever time I set it to! The size of the entire coffee pot is a little large, but not too large for my kitchen. It's not extremely loud either. It gets the coffee very hot and also has an indicator that the base is still hot. It brews fairly fast, in my opinion. It's also very easy to clean! As an added bonus, it comes with one grounds filter, and it also comes with an unclogging tool for the K pod needle, in the event that the needle gets clogged. The directions are extremely easy to follow and this coffee maker is very easy to set up. Overall, I am greatly pleased!
