Love that it does hot coffee and cold brew and can make a carafe if needed. It is a good size and not too bulky in my kitchen. I haven't tried using kcups but it is compatible with kcup pods which I think it's amazing. Using it with coffee grounds has been easy and I've just been using enough grounds every morning for a cup of coffee. Coffee stays warm and doesn't get cold too quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this machine. It's so easy to use. Very user friendly. I love that you can do cold brew, and over ice. It only goes up to 12 oz for single serve cups, but for regular brew it does the full 12 cups. It's amazing.

It can make a whole pot of coffee if you have plenty of guest over or you can do a single cup whether you use ground coffee grounds or if you use pods you can have a variety of different coffees from classic rich over ice or cold depending on what your preferences or the time of year you are able to choose the only thing that I did find with this coffee maker is when you make a whole pot it doesn't stay as warm as a single size serving so unless you're making a full pot of coffee, it's best to make a one copper versus a whole pot with like a 8 ounce or 12 ounce in the pot because it will not stay warm. I'm looking forward to the summer days with a nice iced coffee.

It brews coffee so quick and the ease of delaying it for the next morning is next level. I love the design with all the compartments for storage of the scoop and adapters. Cleaning has been a breeze as well. The temperature of the coffee has been perfect and hot for these cold mornings. I love the open/close feature for the drip. Mid brew fill ups are not messy anymore.

It makes both hot and cold cold brew and can use both grounds and pods. The amount of coffee and grounds is adjustable, and also the intensity. This product is everything.

Needing to swap out the plastic K cup holder to brew grounds vs K cups is a little cumbersome, but I love the smaller footprint of this vs. those side-by-side grounds/kcup brewers. Nicer that it's all one unit. Also this uses cone-style filters. Can be harder to find depending on where you shop, but ultimately I think they result in a more even brew.
