It conforms to your body to help you get a restful peaceful sleep. I could roll over on my mattress and it feels like I'm getting a massage. It's temperature regulating and the comfort level is amazing. Serta knocked it out of the park with this mattress. 2 thumbs up and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
