I had read that the Oura sizing and standard ring sizing were different. But I was not about spending more money on a sizing kit I would never use again. I was able to get it on the intended finger but the finger soon started swelling. I ended up having to use cold water to get it off and moving it to a less ideal finger. But otherwise, so far I am happy with the purchase. It would be nice if Walmart electronics department would provide a sizer kit for customers to use.

I've had my Oura ring for almost 2 weeks, and it's fantastic. I wear it on my left index finger, and I barely know it's there. It seems to hold a single charge for a solid week. I bought it mainly to track my sleep patterns, but I've enjoyed the feedback from everyday uses, too, like working full-time, swimming, showering, Pilates and lifting weights. It wouldn't have been possible without paying special attention to the Oura ring sizing kit. I knew I would only get one shot to make the right choice. Taking a day and 1/2 to wear the plastic ring sizer on a few different fingers made all the difference in my experience. Don't try to guess your size. Oura ring sizing is very different, and the sizing kit was designed for this very reason. I look forward to enjoying my investment for a long time to come. Highly recommend!

I have had an our ring for 4 years now and just purchased the new Oura 5. I LOVE Oura!!! I have shared with so many people that Oura is the greatest!!! I love that it tracks my sleep, follows my cycle and best part - you don't have to charge the ring for days!!!!

I have replaced my Apple Watch with Oura ring - no more distractions, just monitoring health.
