My partner made fun of me for walking around the house wearing a fake white plastic ring, but who's laughing now? Testing it while washing dishes and sleeping helped me pick the exact right fit for the Ring 5. The Walmart Cash credit applied right away when I bought the real ring, so no complaints here!

The sizes are not exactly the same as the Oura Ring 4 and not the same as regular ring sizing. It is definitely worth it to wear the sizer for 24 hours to make sure it's a good fit for everything you go through in a day!

I like that you can wear them for a while so you know how it will fit as you go through your day and sleep at night to ensure you are getting me most comfortable size for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sizing kit was very helpful in finding my size in the Oura 5. It was very easy with simple instructions. I would love a bigger range of sizes. I have tiny fingers and have to use the smallest size on my middle finger. I'm glad I had the sizing kit to figure out which finger to use.

High quality. I expected this to be just cardboard cutouts to get ring size. Instead, it is plastic rings in 8 different sizes.
