I have tiny fingers and have to use the smallest size on my middle finger. I'm glad I had the sizing kit to figure out which finger to use.

The sizes are not exactly the same as the Oura Ring 4 and not the same as regular ring sizing. It is definitely worth it to wear the sizer for 24 hours to make sure it's a good fit for everything you go through in a day!
