The print speed is incredible. In seconds, a high quality printout is ready for my portfolio to show buyers. It comes out dry, and ready to put into a sheet protector. As a sports card dealer, accurate depictions of high-end cards are crucial to my success and the detail in the printout shows the condition of corners, wear, etc. perfectly. Setting up the printer was easy and took about 20 minutes plus the firmware update. When printing, the unit is solid and smooth. I have not experienced any paper jams and the color is true to the file sent. The wi-fi connection is reliable and whether printing from the app or the computer, it is reliable. Very impressed with every aspect of this printer and am confident it will serve me well.

He tells me this is designed for small business and up to 7 people can share the printer. I say it is designed for people like me who love to print photos, make greeting cards and even brochures. The colors are bright and true with excellent clarity. I really love that it does 2 sided printing without my having to do anything beyond setting it to do so. I have no issues sending print jobs from my phone or computer. He says the phone app can be used to scan things' and even send a fax, is that still a thing?? Any way in summation it is an excellent printer for business and home use and I simply love it. Highly recommend you go grab yours now.

So no scanning, etc. aside from that fact it's my first laser and I have to say I'm nothing but impressed with both the quality of the print as well as the speed and vibrancy of the color. I've done documents and photos, and they shoot out immediately. I also like how it has 2 drawers for different paper sizes and types. Works great printing from my mobile devices as well as my Mac's. I'd recommended this printer if you're not needing all of the other office features that this device lacks.

Nice little screen where you can complete the setup, input WiFi settings and set up everything within 10 minutes. Print quality is really good and I do print on different type of paper including recycled - it comes out great. The second tray has a nice little feature - the printer pulls in the paper/envelope/card and aligns it perfectly so the printout comes out perfectly straight. Printer is very fast and not noisy like my previous one. I don't see any cons so far, I am really happy with this one and would recommend it to everyone.

Setup was very simple but the connection to the internet and the app took a little bit to complete. Overall it is a very easy printer to use. I have printed simple text documents as well as detailed flyers for music events and the images were clean and detailed even on regular paper. I would absolutely recommend this printer to someone looking for a quality printer with minimal cost. The toner tray makes changing ink simple. And with the size of the toner cartridges they will last for a while. Printing from your phone is great from the app. And the app will allow you to setup auto shipments for ink. There are also multiple options to connect the printer to your home internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable. Over I like the printer and its options and absolutely recommend the printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first noticed how well HP packaged this printer !! It's pretty big so you're going to need a sturdy table to set it onto. It's wrapped and packaged well to ensure it arrives safelt and it definitely did , despite the box being a little roughed up, the printer was in PERFECT condition. It was so far the easiest of all of my printers to set up, including ZERO issues connecting to the wifi router which is a HUGE plus. The printer is FAST and the color is SUPER BRIGHT and CRISP and it has the paper exit at the top so no need to pull out a tray. So far I am impressed with this amazing new addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For as long as I can remember, HP has been synonymous with quality and excellence in printers, both ink and laser. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw is no exception. I set up my printer using a WiFi connection, both USB cable and Cat5 are also available options though the cables are not included. It found my WiFi immediately and walked me through the setup process, quickly and without issue. There is a small LCD screen on the front of the printer that allow you to find and modify settings and also notifies you of any issues as well as paper available and status of toner cartridges.. The printer is capable of using a variety of paper sizes such as Letter and Legal as well as others. It has a little confusing, but neat feature with print trays. It reports it has 2 print trays, but one of them is actually a one paper sheet slot. This allows you to use a different paper type such as color without having to make any changes to the main tray. Another advanced feature that I find very cool, is the android and IOS app "HP Smart". This allows you to use your phone to perform functions such as printing documents and photos, but cooler is that you can use it to scan documents and my favorite, Mobile Fax. Mobile Fax allows you to send a fax from your phone and for the time being there is no charge for this service. All and all, what can I say, It is an HP!
