[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Oura Ring, and I’m honestly so happy with it. I got it in Silver, and I love how sleek and lightweight it is. I’ve been wearing it for 5 days, and it’s so comfortable that I can even sleep in it without noticing it’s there. I also love being able to track my sleep and get a better understanding of my overall health every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am incredibly impressed with the Oura Ring 5. For being the world's smallest smart ring, it packs a massive punch. The sleep and activity tracking are spot-on, and the new AI Advisor gives really personalized, actionable insights every day. I also love the dedicated focus on women's health features. Best of all, the 1-week battery life means I rarely have to think about charging it, and the silver finish looks elegant like regular jewelry. Highly recommend!
