My husband and I have just about opposite needs when it comes to a mattress and this is perfect for us!! Firm with a soft pillow top. We are both sleeping very well.

We chased down this specific mattress to get as close to the same model that we purchased 15 years ago. We will keep coming back to Serra and this particular mattress every time!

Just delivered today. Small problem with damage at delivery but delivered the replacement next day. Great customer service and nice delivery men. Looking forward to sleeping on it.

I brought my comfy Serta last Sunday and when I was in the Store I tried several beds in other stores but came back to the Serta it was the best bed l brought so far

The bed is a perfect fit for my bed frame. Super comfortable and soft but would probably like it a smidge firmer just not totally firm. Overall it's a great bed.

I have always wanted one of these for years and now it's mine! The only way I can describe this bed is that I feel embraced by the mattress, which allows for a great sleeping experience.

It's good for what it is I suppose, but the top layer of memory foam is not doing my back any good. At this point, I intend to return it when my 30 day trial period soon ends. I will never purchase any kind of memory foam mattress again.

I'm pretty happy with the first week of sleeping on my new Serta mattress and foundation. I have the medium firmness and it is working just right for us,

We have had our mattress a little over 6 months and the top half where we lay our heads has already flattened more than the rest of the mattress. It's already lopsided as well. For the money we paid this should be in brand new too top shape.

Supportive, comfy, do not sink down and disappear into the abyss of memory foam. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to more time on it. 🙃
