I absolutely love these in my trash cans. Long lasting, strong smell (not in a bad way) no trash odor at all. Easy to use and change. Definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i don't have a garbage lid because i have a pull out garbage, but i stuck it on the door so now every time i open the door i get a whiff of the Febreeze. it smells so good! it was very simple to use and apply to the door. i like that it's refillable so i can get different scents. It also has a clear bubble that you can see how much is left. it really masks the typical dinner scents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The febreze trash odor fighter does exactly what it advertises, directly fights strong trash odors at the origin of the smell. We keep our trash can near the front door of our apartment, so before using this product if the trash was full we would have to come home to a smelly entryway. Now, if there's a full trashcan or even an empty trashcan, we are greeted with the nice lavender sent that spreads through the entryway and fills the room. It was very easy to install on the top of the trashcan and so far I feel like it hasn't led up in terms of longevity. my family is pretty pleased with this product and will likely buy this again.

The lavender scent is VERY over powering. I couldn't take the strength of the scent every time I opened my trash can, so I replaced it with the Gain scent and it is much easier to deal with. I am going to go buy the lemon scent because I think it will be much easier to not have to deal with the over powering floral scents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 20 gallon trash container in my kitchen that includes a “flex seal” bag inside that is lightly scented to cover up trash odors. The light scent rarely overpowers the odor generated by my trash. I applied the Febreze trash odor fighter to the inside lid of my container and within minutes, the lavender sent overwhelmed the trash odors. It offered a very pleasant scent that you smelled immediately upon opening up my trash container. The odor fighting device was very easy to apply to the trash lid. It has an adhesive attachment, and it was rigid and firm and held its integrity throughout multiple open and closed actions. Applicator looked and performed similar to the plug-in room order fighters. My only complaint was that when you insert the fragrant tab into the applicator, it requires a very hard push to penetrate the tab to allow release of the fragrance. If you handle it softly, the fragrance will not be dispersed. Overall, the ease of use an application along with the pleasant scent earned the Febreze odor fighter a four star rating.
