[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a great scooter, overall the price and performance and features are great. the fork geometry is the only real concern as its design leads to higher instability on loose surfaces at low speeds. this is the only issue really with this. oh and the park brake every time you stop. there should be a way to disable that feature along with a quick button press to enable boost mode. those would make it ideal. otherwise its still a great scooter for the money if you like all the features or the segway ecosystem.

My first escooter I'm using for the daily commute. At first I was like, ok some basic power, small hills. . . but then I hit the sports mode - what a boost! Easily beating the steep ones now, able to go anywhere I need locally with plenty of charge left. Even going off the beaten path a few times. 'Bit larger than I expected, but am getting used to it. I am getting advertised speeds despite being a bulky guy. Very happy with this beast. I do wish they'd left some of the frame opened up near the bottom-front so there was space to wrap a security lock through. You can see they almost had the perfect overhang on both sides just ahead of the battery container but it's not quite there. Oh well, recommend a disk+alarm lock and a chain - there's not many spots to lock this thing through, but I use the back shock as a wrap point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No major complaints other than it discharges a lot when not used compared to my F3 and that the throttle in Drive mode is very unresponsive and very slow to accelerate. It's not a happy medium between eco and sport like it should be.

Really enjoying it so far although I haven't had the opportunity to really put any miles on it. Handles the rough off-road real well although vibration from certain spots like pavers does get annoying. I'd absolutely buy this product again, but hopefully, because it's a Segway I won't have to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this scooter, i'm 6' tall 200 lb, after having few scooters before, this one is best by many reasons, fast, sturdy, have shocks for comfortable ride, good breaking and secure to your personal app. I love it, will get another one for family ride together.

I have to say, Segway impressed me. I started looking for a transportation solution and then I found Segway. That saved my life! After 5 months of using a ZT3 Pro as my main transportation, I have to say that thing is as reliable as a rock. I know some people write a review after 1 year, but the way I use that little thing, I'm surprised that it has lasted and is still intact so far. How do I use it? I was in a financial crisis when I bought it. In fact, I wish I had more money to buy the GT3 Pro. At the beginning, I used it for DoorDash. Trust me, it handled it very well. I wish it had more range, but with 3 charges a day I could make some bucks and I was happy with that. Then I started going to school and work. Every single day, pushing this little thing to its limits, and it has never broken down. I did have 3 accidents, and the most recent was a little bit serious and I ended up with the ⚠️️ 14 error. I fixed it within 24 hours and got back on the road. Segway is the brand! That's the one—once you get it, you have nothing to worry about anymore. They advertised 24. 9 MPH but I hit 27 mph. I feel like it can go more than that, but it has a speed limiter. The only thing that might make me want to upgrade to the GT3 Pro is the range. I need more than 19 miles per charge in sport mode. I am still missing several features like the time on the dashboard and a numerical battery percentage instead of bars (just basic stuff like that). The most important thing missing in all Segways is tracking with Android devices. It's very unfortunate not to have a way to track my Segway with my Android device. That requires updates, PLEASE! But overall, that's the best purchase I've ever made. Not a single regret! Just to say thanks, Segway, for being honest with your products. They are a little bit expensive, but it's understandable.

Had it for almost a week and love it. Plenty of glowing things already written about it so I will tell you something that I didn't see mentioned before I bought it but wish I had. The speed control is not a conventional throttle. It seems more like a speed setting. So if you hold it full open it is going to get you to 24 mph, half throttle makes you go half speed. The problem comes if you let off for even a fraction of a second there is no way to smoothly bring the throttle back up. When you re-apply the throttle it does absolutely nothing until you have pushed it past the speed that you are going then it gives you the throttle it would need to maintain that speed. The upshot is you go from decelerating to a bunch of power which is jarring at speed.

Need improvement. (19mil is too small for something with that weight and potential. (1 ✨) The Charge duration is too long (2 ✨) Features, Dashboard etc. . . could be very much better. (3 ✨ ) ⚠️️ Price too expensive really!!! Overall, its a good product! ☑️️ I recommend ✅ The GT3 Pro seems to be the perfect (based on the advertisement) but I couldn't get it because Segway is VERY EXPENSIVE. . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this scooter for a daily commuter. It's listed as an on road / off road scooter. I figured that meant that some of the parts were heavier duty in comparison to their other models. I was wrong. I treat this scooter as I would my car. However I now have some nasty sounds coming from the rear of the scooter. Sounds an awful lot like my motor may fail soon. I've cleaned up all suspension parts and lubed them as well. The noise is still there. It's also more prominent at lower speeds. I have reached out to segway for help and I've recieved no response. Hopefully someone will reach out soon. Not a good look for a brand like segway.
