I had a problem with one of the screws for the handle bar where it would only go in half way and I ended up rounding off the Allen head. The threads are not cross threaded. I contacted support and was told in the same email 3 different ways NOT to use the scooter with no resolution on what to do. After 2 weeks of emails and chat I received new screws where I was able to get the screw in but it was still difficult. Being I had 3 warnings previously I wanted the proper torque on the screw. After another 2 weeks of emails I was told to send the scooter back for a new replacement. Instead of sending it back, I requested the aluminum collar that connects the handle bar to the stem. I even offered to pay for it since I don't have a vehicle to transport the huge and heavy box to FedEx. I was still told to ship it back for a replacement. Is there way of receiving this collar instead of sending in the scooter for a replacement? Or, by looking at the serial number there is something else with the scooter that wasn't mentioned. On the forums, there are others with this concern and I feel Segway should be concerned on what is being done to remedy this. Some are using different screws which may not be hardened to specifications and others are removing the thread locking compound or they just felt it was good enough.

Went away after a few days. The scooter is sturdy and easy to operate. I weight 250 lbs. this scooter has no problem with my weight.

First and foremost I would do five stars but I'm not sure about the range they claim. Moving on I LOVE this scooter as it is the most comfortable I've ridden. It's got power when you need it and it handles amazing. I did a range test from a full battery and ended with 11% left and I rode about 19. 5 miles. I'm 6'2 guy weighing 235 pounds and rode it around Huntington Beach on mostly flat grounds. I was in eco mode for about 90% of the time and switched between regular drive mode and sport mode to go up some little inclines that eco mode wouldn't be cable of going over as it's limited to only 9mph. So seeing the claimed 43. 5 miles is a little interesting to me. I understand rider weight , elevation level , wind resistance etc etc are factors but I think I should've had more battery left after only going 19. 5 miles. Just something to think about but other than that I'm in love with this scooter and all other Segway products!

I've owned this scooter for 27 days and put 127 miles on it. I weigh 175 lbs. and can go up hills at 24 mph. ! Night time street illumination is good, don't recommend using sport mode at night. . Max speed down hill around 27 mph, good breaking system and suspension. Dig the app! Cruise control convenient. Btw I'll be 70 in December. :grinning_face_with_one_large_and_one_small_eye:

Gentle throttle and I move slow, Slam it (boost mode) and I pop a wheelie. Great technology and app features too. Suspension makes the ride super smooth, much better than my G30 max. The ZT3 Looks cool and the X light actually makes me much more visible at night so people can actually see me My nit picks are; The handle bars are very wide, probably to help see the turn signals. The rear wheel makes a plastic bump noise when you break hard or go over bumps. And the space to mount a phone holder is real small and I'm having trouble finding something that will fit and won't pinch the wires for the turn signal

Definitely has a more powerful motor, and a much more advanced suspension system then standard Segway scooter lineup. The durable off-road tires are a huge plus. I don't think you'll find another scooter that has more advanced smart features like automatic locking, Apple Find My integration, and a user-friendly app. Overall, the Segway ZT3 Pro seems like a great option for riders who are looking for a powerful, durable, and feature-rich electric scooter. The only reason I dropped one star is because I ordered the scooter right before they offered the free power station.

Just got the brand-new Segway ZT3! It is awesome! If you are looking to buy a decently priced scooter, the Segway ZT3 is it! It delivers the most for the price and there is really only one word that can describe it and that is amazing! Buy it and you will love it.

Lots of features, amazingly quiet, and just overall really quality. If you are looking for the apple product of scooters this is it. This is our first as a family but won't be our last.

it seems like a wonderful scooter. fast, smooth, powerful, yada yada yada. . . . . . . BUT KNOW this!!! if you buy two for you and your "whoever", you cannot turn on both scooters with one phone. You have to have two separate accounts! Is that nuts or what? It's not enough that you have download an app to make the thing function, if you have two scooters, you have to have a second, separate account, and a second phone because your phone won't support having two scooters attached to it. Don't know why!! I can have my watch and my headphones and my car and all sort of stuff attached to my phone via bluetooth, but you can't have two Segway scooters attached and running at the same time. If I had known this going in, I wouldn't have purchased them. I just want a scooter that you turn on and ride. I don't need to spend an hour figuring out how to configure it and "bind" it and update it and blah blah blah!!!!! Technology is supposed to simplify your life not add another layer of stress. OK Im done. Rant complete.

Had this for a little over a week and absolutely love it! Major upgrade from my old Ninebot Max G30! It's got plenty of power, been riding on some mountain bike trails and it eats them up! Have taken it up some steep hills with no problems at all. Love the suspension and build quality!
