[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product in exchange for my honest review. This Greenpan Frost ice cream maker was a fun little adventure. I did not expect it to work as well as it did. I made vanilla soft serve ice cream. I loved that I could make it out of whole ingredients. Most importantly for me, I loved that I could start the entire process just a little while before we wanted to enjoy the ice cream. You do not have to pre-freeze or pre-plan anything! My family and were watching a show after dinner. We paused between episodes for about 10 minutes to put the ingredients together, and this dessert treat was ready while we were in the middle of the next episode. I used the recipe from the booklet that came with the Frost machine. My recipe called for only milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, salt and sugar. I whisked them together lightly, poured them into Frost, and 25 minutes later, we got this gorgeous little soft serve ice cream! It was pretty amazing. The negatives are: the recipe is wrong. It called for 1 tsp of salt and that was WAY too much. I don’t know if it is a typo or what. It should be between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp salt! Despite this, it was still good and the perfect consistency and perfect vanilla flavor! My family still ate it. I will try again tonight and change the salt. The other issue is that the slots on the top into which you pour the mixture and later the cleaning water, is too small and hard to pour exactly into. It is easy to miss the slots and spill some.

I have made the best milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life with this. I also made frozen spiked drinks and it creates the perfect texture. The motor is strong. Max 6 cups, minimum of 2 cups. You can’t add solid foods which is a bummer but you can mix in toppings after. Great ice cream and frozen drink maker.

We’ve already made soft serve ice cream and frozen espresso martinis, and both turned out amazing. My daughter absolutely loved the ice cream—she’s already planning to have all her friends over for a treat. My parents couldn’t get enough of the espresso martinis; they came out smooth, frosty, and delicious. The machine itself is simple to use and surprisingly easy to clean, which is a huge plus. Clean up is a breeze, just run 1-2 times with soapy water then everything’s comes apart for a quick easy rinse. Perfect to use at anytime of the day as there is basically no noise that comes from the motion once in use besides the beeping letting you know it’s ready to enjoy.

The machine is very quiet and it is very compact. It is very easy to clean with water and soap. The product is very durable and it will last us a long time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to use this for the first time due to worries about disassembly and cleaning. That turned out to be relatively easy. Then, I wanted to try to make healthier soft serve, but it didn’t really come with recipes for that. So, I winged it and blended cottage cheese, a banana, vanilla and maple syrup in my blender and poured it in! It was super easy to use, and my protein ice cream was creamy and delicious and ready in about 30 minutes. Can’t wait to try all kinds of frozen delights now!

I absolutely love this machine and this is the third cone in the video- the boys ran and took the nice big amounts so you get a lot in one small recipe. It tasted so good and it works so quick. It’s practically self cleaning! It’s not very loud so you can continue watching tv or reading while it works its magic in the back ground.

It's very easy to use, even for someone new to making ice cream at home. This machine works beautifully and it makes quality ice cream. I'm very happy with it. Cleaning is also not hard. It's very easy to use and it comes with a few recipes. To work it, basically, there is a "start" and "stop" switch and that's it. The parts are easy to disassemble and rinse, which makes the whole process very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning that the machine is not noisy, which makes the experience more enjoyable. The quality of the machine feels excellent — it’s sturdy, well-built, and looks sleek on the counter. If you’re looking for a reliable ice cream maker that delivers great results without any hassle, I highly recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. Is super versatile and decently small enough to fit on the counter when needed. It work well when we tried it. However I don't love the sound it makes, its actually annoyingly high pitched. Other than the sound it does what its supposed to as well as the other well known brand.

So, I started saying years and years ago with ALL the technology out there why don't we have any good home use soft serve machines? It can't be that hard. I started with a basic number Nia creami. I rarely used because of prep and the waiting. Got a ninja Slushi machine. Use it nearly daily. I like creamier drinks my partner doesn't. So someone was always sacrificing their preferences. Then got the swirl because by God! I want soft serve at home. Same problem slowly disapated to rarely using due to all the prep and waiting. Got this! The Frost. It does it ALL!!! Mostly anyway. With the exception of add on is the actual soft serve (add later, I don't even want add ins personally) or hard ice cream. This does it all. Quicker I think too. I couldn't be happier with it. Im happy because now I have enough machines to do whatever now. But I wish I could do over and I'd just have 2 of these machines. Maybe I still will 😜
