I suffer from chronic lower back pain and this mattress has greatly reduced my lower back issues. I no longer wake up with back pain. I am a side sleeper and my body feels well supported, the memory foam allows my whole body to be supported. The middle of the mattress does not sag. The edges do not compress when getting in and out of bed. Excellent quality, well made. After three nights, my wife and I both are adjusting to the feel and comfort offered by this mattress. We switched from a “foam “ type mattress to this inner spring type and are glad we did. Hopefully it will maintain its shape and firmness longer than our previous mattress.

It has the perfect firmness and with the pillowtop and it doesn't make it too fluffy or too soft. The mattress itself is well built the material is strong and sturdy making this mattress a great quality product. I'm glad that I got this Serta mattress and I can tell my back pain reduces rapidly after the first week. The most notable difference from this mattress is the blue color. But since I use a mattress cover, it doesn't make a big deal. However, even if you dont use any cover, blue is a good choice because it helps to hide stain or any remark really well, thus the mattres always looks clean and neat. By the way, the mattress is firm and very well made. The surface is covered with CoolFeel fabric so I can feel the chill as soon as I lye down. I guess that may be a factor to help my back pain getting better. It also helps me to sleep better, especially during any heat wave days. Now I do believe the saying that you can have a good sleep in a good mattress.

Of course, mattress firmness is a personal preference so I can't say it'll work for everyone but this mattress is the perfect blend of firm and plush with the added benefit of cooling. It's not your typical mattress - the top layer is cooling and plush and my body feels supported all over as I sleep. It is so thick that I was afraid my regular bed sheets might not fit but that wasn't a problem at all, thankfully. You get what you pay for and this mattress is worth it's weight in gold! I would have given it more stars if I could.

As a stomach sleeper, this is perfect for me. I've had back pain with softer mattresses and do not with this one. I also like the height of the mattress. This mattress has very durable quality. Since sleeping on this new mattress, I have had some of the best sleep I've ever had. The mattress is the perfect combination of softness and firmness. The thick, plush pillow top feels like a comfy cloud but with the firm support, my body doesn't sink and is gently supported from all angles. The mattress has a nice cooling aspect and doesn't make me feel too warm. Fabric is sleek and smooth as well. Even the color scheme and design on this mattress look high end and it's a shame it gets covered with a sheet. Sleeping on the Serra Perfect Sleeper, I have never woken up stiff or sore. Mattress height is quite high, at 14 inches so it is important to note that some sheets won't fit all the way around and I needed to use deep pocket sheets. This is a quality made mattress with a lot of advanced comfort features. I am very happy with it.
