Not paying attention and popped a few in my mouth. Immediately tasted something foul and spit out a large chunk of something dark brown/black, very gritty in texture and tasted worse than very burnt popcorn Upon reading reviews, it seems as if this is a common issue, which is somewhat comforting that no one has appeared to suffer ill effects from this mystery substance.

Literally, every bag I opened only had about a quarter full. I counted and average of 8-10 chips in each one. Can yall at least fill half the bag? I mean what happened to the good ol days when vendors or restaurants served you right. Nowadays, companies just fill half the bag with air and call it a day. All about saving $$.

I had bought a bag of Popped - Cheddar Cheese and when I came home to enjoy a small bowl of them! When I was almost done, I had found about 5 LITTLE BLACK BUGS DEAD. And another one was INSIDE the rice chip! I don't even know if I ate a few bugs but I am furious because it was a brand NEW bag, NOT OPENED! I didn't find any small holes around the bag to see if the bugs had entered before I bought the bag. But now I feel extremely sick and they tasted a little old! DONT. BUY!

I'm so disappointed in quicker. These cheddar rice cakes would be perfect if not for the addition of MSG. Who put MSG in food anymore? Everybody knows it is so bad for the body and so many people are allergic or sensitive to it. It's such a shame because my gluten-free daughter would love to eat these, but there's no way I'm putting that toxic chemical in her body

At first glance, this looked like a better alternative to chips and cookies. The taste was so satisfying and the calorie count was low. As such, I went to the store and purchased three more bags. I even recommended the product to family members. I was so disappointed to learn that these crisps contain msg!!! All three additional bags were returned and my family members are no longer interested in purchasing this product. Quaker can and should do better!

My kids like cheese so I thought I let them try it out...when I first tasted them they we're SO incredible salty. The cheese was bold but not in a good way, I have had better tasting cheese snacks. The size was convenient and fun for my kids, my kids like them. But I don't think I will be buying more after these are done...thanks anyways.

My husband enjoyed the cheddar nice cakes, I thought they tasted artificial like a cheap cheese doodle, the deal breaker on all these "flavors" were the chemicals used to enhance the flavor of a snack marketed as a "healthy" snack! I would rather give my family a snack like air popped popcorn or something with real sugar !

While my family liked the caramel corn flavored they absolutely despised the cheddar cheese flavor. No one would try more than one crisp and it was hard after the first person tried it and made a face to get the others to willing try them. We ended up throwing it away because even our lab (who usually will eat anything) would not touch them.

I've been buying Quakes / Popped rice snacks for over 5 years now. In the past year, I've noticed that the taste of the snacks has become increasing unsatisfying compared to when I first started buying them. So I decided to test 6 different bags and see if I was just getting a bad batch. Sadly, every bag was the same and was not very good. Quakes / Popped used to be fuller and thicker, now they're very flat and squished looking which I think takes away from the flavor. They are also VERY OVER SEASONED now...I have to bang each snack on my plate to knock off excess seasoning before I can eat it. I'm not sure if the recipe changed but I know they used to be consistently better no matter how many bags I bought. Fix this snack!
