They make awesome "ride home" snacks for the kids in the afternoon since they usually don't cause a mess. I also get to eat them at work without feeling guilty. I love the flavors. The Sour Cream and Onion and cheese flavors fill in for the unhealthy chips that I would normally be eating.

So today wen the children got home from school they belied straight to the new bag of quaker popped rice crisps since they love rice cakes. We were pleasantly surprised to find the serving size was reasonable. 18 chips per person was a healthy looking snack. My 2 youngest children and myself were able to share a bag. My youngest daughter thought they were very good. She was excited and said they were "very cheesy" I thought they had a great texture but i didn't like aftertaste of the cheese flavoring. Both of my kids loved them and ate them right up. I personally just did not care for the flavor . I give them a 4 star rating though as the serving size was great, the snack was filling and my girls loved them. plus it is a snack I can feel good about giving them for lunch, school or on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a free bag of Quaker Popped Rice Crisps from Bzzagent.com. Those bags were polished off by my family much faster than I care to admit! The cheddar cheese was the favorite of all of us (myself, husband, two daughters ages 4 and 6.) We also tried caramel and sour cream & onion. I have purchased a bag of cheddar cheese since everyone liked it so much. I love that they are made with whole grain. My kids will not eat whole wheat bread, so it is a great healthy snack to put in their lunch boxes, or to have as an after-school snack. My 4-year-old is a very picky eater, and I'm glad I am able get some whole grains in her! Pros: whole grain, great taste, serving size is generous. Cons: they contain MSG, probably not GMO-free, some bags (in store) do not say gluten free. The gluten-free aspect isn't a concern my family that much, but my nephew has celiac disease, so it's nice to have around for when his family visits.

They have a great cheesy flavor and a crisp crunch when you bite into them your mouth loves the crunch and you can not just have one. I received this product as a BuzzAgent and love it.
