A "healthy" alternative to chips due to being low in fat, cholesterol, and calories, and made with whole grains and no high-fructose corn syrup. They are high in sodium.

It's pretty cheesy which I like. It just has a lot of salt which isn't what my diet should be. They are bite sized pieces which makes it easy to just eat a couple.

This is one of my favorite snacks and fits my dietary needs.

I love these rice cakes. And Quaker makes the best.
