[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary box from bzzagent, but this review is totally unbiased. The texture is very similar to a classic rice cake, but it's 'popped', almost as if air has been added. One bag is enough for 2 or more good snack bowls, or for one group bowl. The cheddar cheese has a good flavour and a good crunch. Initially if I'd written this right after eating, I would have given it a 5-4 star, however about 30min-1hour after, every member of the house was gargling water as if we'd been in a desert. The sodium content is way too high to be considered a healthy snack, and if you're going to spend that kind of sodium, I'd do it on a regular snack item, not a diet one. Sorry but this one's a bust for me and my family, although the dog and cat enjoyed one each.

I think they have a similar taste and crunch which is great because they are so much healthier! I love that there are many types of flavors to chose from.

Last year we had some health scares in our family, which have resulted in a healthier lifestyle...Gone are the chips and easy snacks...in are more fruits and vegetables. The kids have definitely missed that special crunchy, yummy, feeling you get from typical snacks. I have always loved rice cakes, but sometimes the kids look at rice cakes and grumble, but when I put a bowl of these Popped mini crisps in front of them...it's like they can't believe their good fortune! They are small and portable, and go hand and hand with fruit or a sandwich...And shhh I won't tell, but they are healthy as well.

I am always looking for a great snack that is healthy for my whole family. My husband also loves this flavor.

I like the Rise Crisps, but the poor packaging turned them in to crumbs. I ordered 12 bags which was the most shown for quantity to order so I thought maybe I'd get a case. But instead they were packed into a really sturdy heavy duty box which was the good news, but the bad news was someone jammed in so much packing material that they crushed 8 of the 12 bags. Now I have 8 bags of tasty Rice Crumbs instead of Rice crisps. It's not worth the hassle of trying to return them so the next time I will buy them at the Rainbow grocery store I go to instead of on Walmart.com.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a bzzagent, I got picked to be able to try 3 different flavors of this delicious snack, cheddar, caramel, and sour cream and onion for free. And my family and I were far from disappointed! not only are these crunchy little snacks completely addictive but we were happy to learn they were also very healthy for you! I've picked up a few rice cake treats in the past but found them to be comparable to eating cardboard. these were nothing like that! My favorite has to be the cheddar cheese. They just burst with flavor and the perfect crunchy little treat for any cheese lover! After receiving the bag, my family and I were down to crumbs in a matter of three minutes! after trying the other two flavors we found something for everyone in our family! I'm very pleased with how well my kids took to them. Even my one year old son is a fan! We really enjoyed them, as everyone in our family is somewhat addicted to cheddar cheese flavor, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are salty and crispy without being overly salty or greasy. I love that they are low in fat and calories as well. They make a great lunchbox snack! Fair warning: these crisps do contain MSG. I have negative reactions to MSG, so I limit my intake of these. However, if MSG doesn't bother you, snack away!

However, everyone says these are a "healthy" snack but if you check out all the ingredients that are added I would not classify them as healthy. They are definity a healthier option and I will purchase them more often.
