An extra plus is that it's gluten free for my boyfriend who is allergic! Delicious and a healthier snack option!

However, I love cheddar cheese and gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised how good they were. Very convenient on the go, excellent for school lunches and a very quick pick me up during the day. I was/am a little concerned to see the level of sodium in a serving. All in all, very delicious and very convenient.

These are so flavorful! The kids have requested these instead of their normal cheese puffs for a snack now. I like that they are made with wholesome ingredients so I can feel good about giving them a snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from BzzAgent in order to taste it. Quaker Popped is a decent snack. It's pretty low-calorie, so it's better than chips, and still is satisfying in a crunchy, cheesy, sort of way. I have tried 3 flavors: the Caramel Corn, Cheese, and Sour Cream and Onion. I also had my 2 daughters try them to get their opinions. The Caramel Corn was just ok, it's a little bland and dry, not sweet enough to be a sweet treat in my opinion. Sour Cream was better, more flavor. Our favorite was the Cheese. It had a lot of flavor, and it makes a nice chip substitute. I really compare this to Pirate's Booty. I would think if you like that, you will like the Quaker Popped Cheese. It is an easy snack to take with you in a ziploc bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to a complimentary generous sample from BzzAgent, my family has tried Popped Cheddar rice crisps and loves them. With 14grams of whole grains and coming in with 3 grams of fat which is 3-5 grams lover than your average chip, I as a mother feel much less guilt putting these in the lunch boxes and for on the go snacks. This will be a staple in our household.

Although the flavor is about the same, I like these crisps better than Cheetos. At this price, they are competitive with Cheetos, too. The 6 oz bag is a large bag, as big as a bag of potato chips. AND You can eat EIGHTEEN of these crisps for only 140 calories!!!!

Problem is, the healthy low fat cheese is not something I like. So I am always looking for a snack that satisfies the cheese craving without the calories and this one fits the bill. The pops have really cheddar flavor and the caloie and fat count are low - making this a healthy, but satisfying snack! Great combination for me and the rest of my family.
