The mixture turned out smooth, sticky and evently blended without needing much effort. The noise level is noticeable on higher speeds but not overly loud considering the powerful motor. The different speed settings make it easy to control the texture for a variety of recipes, from dough and batter to meat mixtures. Reach is excellent because the included attachments mix ingredients thoroughly around the bowl and switching between the dough hook, flat beater and wire whisk is quick and simple.

I also love the half speed setting, which gently folds delicate ingredients like flour or powdered sugar without creating a massive, messy cloud all over my counter. However, you definitely need to consider your kitchen layout before buying this beast. It weighs nearly 30 pounds and stands over 16 inches tall, it is too heavy to constantly haul out of a bottom cabinet and too tall to fit under some standard Low hanging kitchen counters. This is a machine that demands a permanent, dedicated spot on your countertop.

In all instances it was very easy to clean. It is built so solid! I have a slide out on my counter top so it is easy to use and put away. It is a good value because you can add all sorts of add ons, like a pasta maker and ice cream maker. I am sure this appliance will last a lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am OBSESSED with my KitchenAid 7 Quart Bowl Lift Stand Mixer!! It is so boujee and works fantastic/lives up to the hype. It lifts into position so you don't have to “screw” on the bowl on the base. However, 2 drawbacks: it is slightly difficult to “snap” the bowl into position so it won't move and to be able to be lifted into mixing position and secondly, it came with a small damaged area on the front. Overall, it works like a charm and is a dream kitchen item!!
