I've been really impressed with this little Sun Joe pruning saw. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and has more power than I expected for a compact cordless saw. Perfect for trimming branches, cutting up small limbs, and quick cleanup jobs around the yard without dragging out a full-size chainsaw. This is a handy little tool and very easy to maneuver. Tool was packed neatly with easy to follow instructions. This is a great tool for cutting solid branches. I recently used it to cut roots on a stump we were pulling out of the ground. It worked very well and got the job done. Please see before and after pictures.

I found the packaging simple. Not many parts to deal with. The same goes with the assembly, simple. Love the protective googles and gloves. In the future I would suggest the user manual containe larger print. Other than that I packed away my sawzall and extension cord and using my new pruner. Cuts easily, used it on my overgrown lilac tree. Did a great job!

Tool was surprisingly effective powerful for it size.Was also sent in a very nice case with plenty of extras to add to the wow factor. Everything from extra chain detailed info gloves the set up is awesome. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

this mini saw is lightweight , easy to handle and surprisingly powerful for its size. it cuts through branches of tree and small logs quickly without much effort. Battery is good and last long enough to do the job. It simple and the safety features give me confidence to use the saw. Overall its a great tool for daily use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use right out of the box. No assembly. Cut seamlessly through 6-inch tree limbs. Unboxing: Everything showed up packed pretty tightly in the case—nothing bouncing around or missing. I always expect at least one thing to be out of place with kits like this, but it was all there, including the small tools and extras. Nice touch having everything fit back into the case easily too. Product Assembly: Super simple. The bar and chain were already on, so it was basically add oil, and pop in the battery. User Manual: The manual is solid and covers what you need. The diagrams help, especially for chain tension and oiling. It does lean heavy on safety warnings (probably more than most people will read), but I didn't find myself confused at any point. The Product Itself: Honestly, this thing surprised me. It's light enough to use one-handed without feeling awkward, but still cuts clean through branches without struggling. I used it on a few thicker limbs and didn't feel like I needed a bigger saw. It's also not overly loud compared to what you'd expect. What I Like Best: It's just really convenient. You can grab it, make a few cuts, and put it away without it turning into a whole project. It feels like a practical tool you'll actually use regularly instead of something that sits in the garage. Would definitely recommend for someone who does not want to bring out the full-size chainsaw for smaller projects.

The saw is working well so far. The instructions could be better. Manually lubricating the chain is covered, but no mention is made of adding oil to the reservoir. The oil reservoir is not even labeled on the graphic that identifies the different parts of the saw.

I haven't used the product myself yet but, the packaging was great, has spare items in it if needed and a case to store it when not in used, but you get lube, gloves, safety glasses, an extra chain. Look wise is an excellent product, and to remind yall this is a small saw (used for small wood sticks and wood branches)
