[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the gimme organic seaweed to be slightly chewy and not quite salty enough to enjoy alone. I typically eat mine with soy sauce,rice and a drop of hot sauce. It just didn't satisfy my salty snack craving. I could just sprinkle a little salt on it i guess. The Seaweed smelled a little too fishy to be enjoyed as a standalone snack, but that it would compliment sushi rice and soy sauce just fine. Great for a meal, not ideal for a single snack

The sheets had a nice crunch to them but on occasion would want to stick to the roof of my mouth. It tasted like I was eating a California roll and several of the sheets were a bit oily for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent quality seaweed. It is very crispy and feels fresh. The taste is perfect with right amount sea salt. I have added it to salad and soups so far and also eaten them as snacks. I will highly recommend it.

I got the roasted see salt. It was a different texture, and honestly was not to my liking. I'm not saying it wasn't tasty, but I believe it might be an acquired taste. The package was very informative about what you were getting, and eye catching. I probably won't be buying for myself.

We typically use this to wrap up omelets for breakfast but we've also made a sushi with them as well. Can even just snack on them on their own.
