The cooling feature works wonders, helping me fall asleep faster and stay comfortable throughout the night. Although the plush pillow top feels firm at first, it quickly conforms to my body, providing a perfect balance of support and softness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has great support. If you like a firm bed this is for you. It kind of has a plush top but is still more firm. It’s very durable. But be carful when movie it with the straps they seem easy to break. I love the look. It’s much nicer than a standard white mattress. Just need a matching box springs now.

The durability it amazing it has handles on side as pictured above. You also don't get hot while sleeping and the support is unmatched my back is not killing me anymore when I first wake up.

Just got it but once broken in like the stores I assume this will be a great bed worth the price. Coming from a Beautyrest that was 12 years old and after finding the box spring and base to be the problem, the old bed will be repurposed for a family member to get a few more years out of. I fully expect the same or better quality from the BR Black medium.

It's hard to decide when you're trying g a bed out in the store which one is tge best. They all start to feel the same. This bed is comfortable, but really it's all about what the adjustable base does. I'm in love with the zero gravity to relieve lower back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beautyrest black medium pillow top is sturdy and well made, you can tell right away, and has a cooling sensation to the touch, although it is medium, it is perfectly firm and supportive, i am a side and back sleeper and the mattress supports both very well, this mattress has been the best i have slept on for a while and i highly recommend it
