I really like the shape of this pillow. What I didn't like was that the cover wasn't cooling, as advertised. My head became hot after laying on it for several minutes. The cover is also slippery, which causes it to slide around on the bed. Sadly, I am returning it.

order only if you want firm, no give like a memory foam mattress. not suitable for me hard feeling on neck head. irder if you want a pillow with no indention, form doesn't move or bounce.
