After our previous Beautyrest mattress failed, we got the black in series 3, firm. My husband and I bought it about 3-4 months ago. Long story short, it failed. There are two dents in the bed from us. Had the inspector come today and confirm the mattress had failed. It also is advertised as "firm", but is a "medium". Even as a medium, there should not be two big dents in the bed now. Beautyrest quality has drastically declined, and the beds are mostly stuffed with soft garbage, it seems. We are done with this brand. This is sad, because it once was a coveted mattress brand. Now they just produce trash that fails. We will be going to a private and local mattress company. Will be getting a simple, no frills mattress. Zero padding and definitely no pillow top. A firm, old-fashioned mattress is the best. I thought this bed would be it, but I should have known it had too much padding. I would definitely consider an old Beautyrest model, if still sold as new. Note: we are average weight people, and the bed looks like two cows slept in it. He is 6+ft/200, I am 5'4/125.

The mattress itself appears to be of good quality, high quality stitching, and looks super cool compared to a regular mattress. Also, sweating in my sleep has nearly stopped so I can’t complain about this bed for the price one bit!!

This is the new 2024 Beautyrest Black Line 2 Series and it does not disappoint. My son has been tested it out for over 3 weeks now with nothing but all positive feedback. It is mid range on cost but definitely premium quality.

At first I was hesitant to change my mattress because it was fairly new and I been really comfortable using it. I wasn’t even ready to change my mattress or anything. Decided to just wait off the a bit but the day it was delivered immediately opened it and try to lay on it and it was amazing. I love the plush pillow top it makes it comfortable to fit your head without pillows and helps with the neck pain. And then my husband also tried to lay on it and he also liked it a lot then we decided that day we are changing the mattress. We been sleeping on it for 20 days now and we been having a quality sleep. Beautyrest line 2 plush pillow top is one of the mattress that made me realize your mattress does matter when having a quality sleep. I even joke around my family that my new mattress heals all my back pain. Which it does. It’s firm and comfortable and fits right to your body. I haven’t wake up with a sore back since using this and my husband also love it. He would say the same thing. Definitely a great find. Material is also good quality and durable, though the mattress is heavy. But love the quality.

I was so surprised at how comfortable the mattress was. I have a bad back and the support of the mattress helped my back. It was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. It doesn't trap heat which is nice as often times I can get overheated at night which leads to bad sleep. It seems to be much better constructed than my previous mattress and in the future I will be replacing my old mattress with ones like this one!!

Supportive but very comfortable due to the pillow top. I love that you can go all the way to the very side of the bed and still feel like you are in the middle of it. If you have hip and back issues and you're a side sleeper, this mattress is perfect. Soft but has enough firmness to provide support where needed. But not so firm that arms or legs get numb during the night. My fitbit showed a huge improvement in sleep after the first night. Spend the money. You won't regret it.
