Three days later it got stuck in test mode and would only cycle through a bunch of colored screens and couldn’t be used. Support was responsive in trying to troubleshoot, but they said it will take several days to hear back after submitting a service request. It was great for the three days it was functional. Beyond that, I’m not impressed

The picture quality is great and the ease of use for the smartTV software makes viewing movies, videos, or shows easy and quick. The initial TV set up was easy and smooth but did take about 30 minutes to update the software when first connected to the internet. The built-in speakers get loud and don't sound muddied but do leave more to be desired in terms of punch and bass. Overall I would rate this as a good TV.
