Pumpkin bar spice cake is super moist and flavorful. Not overly spiced, just enough. The frosting is light and fluffy, and also not super sweet.

I bought this cake on a whim since it looked so nice! it was so fluffy and moist and I could taste the pumpkin in the cake and the coffee cream goes amazingly well with the pumpkin flavor. it really brings out the pumpkin flavor! I added a little bit crushed walnuts on top of the cake and my whole family loves it!

This was moist and delicious my family said. I tried a bite and immediately tasted coffee. I should have know since it said pumpkin Latte. I'm not a coffee fan and can taste it right away. Although it wasn't for me it was raves about my family. Saying to wasn't too sweet it was just right.

It was a good pumpkin loaf but needed more flavor. A bit bland.

If you are prone to heartburn or reflux, don't get this. It's got a great taste but you'll be miserable afterwards if you have heartburn.

I had bought this cake when Sam's first started carrying it, and it WAS fantastic. With my second purchase, my husband and I both noticed a very significant change in the frosting. The first time, it was rich, flavorful, and very delicious. The second time, the frosting was very light and a highly whipped-up "nothingness". Exactly what I would expect from a cheap Walmart cake, but not Sam's. It was SO obvious that the manufacturer really "cheapened" out on the recipe!! We won't touch this cake again.
