This toilet paper was horrible as it would pull off in giant clumps towards the end of the roll and the roller in half the rolls was closed up and couldn’t be put on the toilet paper holder!

I've been using this particular Quilted Northern well over 10 years. For the last year.....it's not the same, tears more & is more crumbly, not as wide and not as soft

I bought this instead of our usual Charmin ultra soft. It said 3 ply so must be close enough, right? No, this was a waste of money. VERY thin and then checked the weight of a roll between Northern and the Charmin that I had at home,very light in comparison. NOT GOOD

Not sure if I got a bad batch but this rips and pills everywhere. Just to get the roll started it unraveled so much TP it was a waste. The plys seem to separate. I can't exactly explain it but if there isn't much moisture for this to absorb it just rips apart. I'll switch back soft and strong next time

I used to love this TP. However, the last couple to es I've purchased it there were very visible loose pieces of toilet paper on the side of the rolls. This is evident when wiping as well. Doesn't leave that clean feeling as there always seems to be pieces of paper left after wiping.yuck.

I was forced to order this instead of the members mark TP...my friends have no issues ordering and shipping the Member Mark TP to their home 10 miles away. For 6 months Sams website won't allow me to pay for Members Mark items...forces name brand stuff. More $ and less quantity. I'm done.

I've used this product for years and loved it. The product has been changed. It's not soft at all and isn't very thick. I don't know if Sam's is receiving a discounted product from Northern or if Northern has changed it's product. The packs I see in local stores look like it used to, soft %26 full. I won't be buying from Sam's again.

This toilet paper was a waste of my money! When you use it crumbles and leaves toilet paper all over the place and sticks to your skin! It is not strong and does not serve it's purpose,even if you use extra. I do not recommend anyone buying this toilet paper, it's a waste of money and very aggravating to use. I've been giving it away to family members to help me get rid of it! I'm going back to membermark! I've used quilted northern before in the past and loved it,but not this ultra plush! It's very thin and cheap feeling.

Just a note for quality assurance, I have been a long-time customer and just have noticed that the rolls have been trimmed off about 5/8th of an inch and the paper is starting to leave behind more than desired of scraps and hard to clean with. now what the reason was why I left other brands that stress on all their commercials. Very disappointed.
