This bed is called the Plush Pillow Top and for a good reason. The first night I slept in this bed, I called my best friend to tell her I was sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My old mattress used to slide all over the place and I was constantly shoving it back into place. This mattress is heavy and doesn't budge! I can't even begin to express how lucky I am for being gifted this mattress. Do I recommend it? A million times YES!!!!

It's really like laying in a bed of clouds. I haven't slept so well in years. Would highly recommend this mattress for someone looking for a really soft comfortable bed. I had slept on a firm mattress for most of my life because of my back but finally got the right fit for me.

Its comfort level is on par with the mattresses that luxury hotels use. Yes I’m a mattress fanatic. I highly highly recommend. Just spent my first nights sleep on our new BeautyrestBlack series 3 medium support. I must say it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. After trying 3 beds from my local mattress store I finally gave up and went to Macys’s where I found this luxury Beauty Rest firm mattress. I have spinal fusions and chronic back pain and have had this bed 5 days and in absolute sleep heaven. I wake up with no back pain and can sleep comfortably on my back or side. This mattress is worth every penny if you want support and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Beautyrest Black mattress is a beautifully made high quality mattress. The medium support mattress is designed to have just the right amount of pressure relief. The top feels very soft and plush. However, in my experience even though it’s medium support with a soft feeling top, it still feels a bit too firm for me while I sleep. I usually sleep on a mattress with a pillowtop so I’m probably used to the extra plushness. The top also has large indentations that are too wide and deep. When I’m moving around I can feel the indentations with my feet. It’s kind of annoying. Maybe it’s just me. Otherwise it is a very nice, quality mattress. I think this mattress would be perfect for someone that wants medium support but doesn’t require the extra plushness on top.

I feel so high up and at first I thought I didn’t like it, but later did. Reason being I get out of bed easily as opposed to having to pull myself up. The soft plush pillow top meshes perfectly with the firmness below and I can’t feel my husband move whatsoever. This would be a great value for someone that wants to invest in a good quality mattress.

There’s always a breaking in period so at first it’s a little hard then as it conforms to your body it because a lot more comfortable. It fits our bed frame perfectly. My hubby and I don’t overheat at night like we did with our old mattress. And he even says his back pain has gotten better since switching to this mattress.
