[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to this mattress from a foam mattress that came in a box and I have been getting the best sleep thanks to it. I feel completely supported but it is not too firm, I never wake up with back or neck pain anymore. I also never feel like I am overheating, I think this mattress does a good job regulating temperature.

This bed is called the Plush Pillow Top and for a good reason. The first night I slept in this bed, I called my best friend to tell her I was sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My old mattress used to slide all over the place and I was constantly shoving it back into place. This mattress is heavy and doesn't budge! I can't even begin to express how lucky I am for being gifted this mattress. Do I recommend it? A million times YES!!!!

The cooling feature works wonders, helping me fall asleep faster and stay comfortable throughout the night. Although the plush pillow top feels firm at first, it quickly conforms to my body, providing a perfect balance of support and softness. Overall, it's a high-quality l mattress that offers excellent value for the price.

It's firm but has cushion at the same time, it's super thick, feels like it is made of premium materials, keeps me warm or cool when I need it, and overall gives me the most incredible sleep I've ever experienced.

We did not want to get this mattress. We were hoping that we could find one for less money. But, after testing this mattress compared to every other one, including some that were twice as expensive, there was just nothing that compared. And, because we are getting older, and our bodies are impacted for the entire day based on how we sleep, we felt it was worth it if we could get better rest, and not be sore in the morning. We had a firm Sealy Posturepedic, and are sidesleepers, and it seems we both needed something softer, but not plush. This is the PERFECT balance. If every night is like the last two, this is going to be amazing, and well worth the money!

This mattress is great! The only thing I wish I was more enlightened on is the fact that it will curve to your body shape quickly over time. Some may like this, others may not. It was an adjustment for me. But overall, the plushness feels like you’re sleeping on clouds. I also like black mattresses as opposed to white. White looks nasty over time.

We have a Beauty Rest Black C-Class Pillow Top. Worst money we ever spent, and it was not cheap. (4,699). It is now nearly three years old, and the Pillow Top stays depressed, except for the middle, which no one sleeps on. We are not ‘large’ people, so the weight is not a factor. Sadly, we are stuck with it as it will be a few years until we can replace it with something else. Honestly, I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Just spent my first nights sleep on our new BeautyrestBlack series 3 medium support. I must say it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. As a bonus I don’t ache, my hips ,shoulders,back and neck are well rested too I’m cautiously optimistic that we have made the best choice for us Ask me in 6 months or a year

It is about 17 in and height soft but just enough support to keep your bones of your body in good condition and not waking up in pain. The bed stays cool while you're asleep and you don't get overly hot or a really cold just the right temperature. This honestly is one of the best beds I have ever owned. I get the best night's sleep on it I feel refreshed and rested when I wake up it is amazing. I would highly recommend the beautyrest line to anybody who is considering buying a new bed

The diamond shaped pattern of the mattress top can be felt when sleeping on it and made it really uncomfortable. I did like how cool it stayed during the night.
