[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were sent a few free bags courtesy of Quaker and bzzagent. Of course the kids loved the caramel, but they were a bit sweet for my tastes. They are okay nutrition wise, but have more sugar than I like my kids to have on a regular basis. All and all they are an okay treat for every once in a while, but not an every day snack.

If we had handed them plain rice cakes they would have laughed at us. But the flavors are so good and true to their name that they had no clue that they were eating something good for them. The Cheddar was very cheesy and the Caramel was a sweet delight. The Sour Cream & Onion was also very good but it took me a few of them to appreciate the taste. Which I did. We were skeptical at first because we have never been fans of rice cakes in general but these do not have the consistency or flavor of a rice cake. They were perfect for anyone who loves salty sweet snacks.

Most snacks contain gluten so its hard to find one snack everybody will like and still be gluten free. I've tried some gluten free snacks but felt like there was little to no flavor. Once the kids and I tried this it was an instant hit! Perfect portion, not a lot of calories, and has a light buttery caramel taste to please your sweet tooth! I would recommend this snack to anyone regardless if they are on a gluten free diet or not.

Quaker Popped Caramel Corn Rice Crisps are super yummy! I love most things with caramel corn flavor so I was excited to try them out. Let me tell you these do not disappoint. It's a good feeling to be able to eat these & NOT feel guilty for doing so. They are just the right amount of sweetness without feeling like you're going to end up in a diabetic coma or that you've messed up your diet plan for the day. My cravings for sweets & something crunchy are completely satisfied with this healthy snack. My 2 daughters (ages 11 & 5) love them too, so now I buy at least 3 bags of the caramel corn flavor to have enough to go around for the week.

But when i tell you these right here knocked all of that away. I have repurchased twice. and then to know that I am eating some good for my body, I was shocked how the Caramel tasted, I didn't think they were gonna taste that good. I even frowned when i read what flavor it was. But this will be my go to snack for something to crave my sweet tooth. I have told so many people about how they taste and that they are good for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay! I received these caramel Popped Rice Crisps free, as a BzzAgent, in order to promote the brand. I really enjoyed the flavor. It was much richer than I expected -- the caramel flavor actually had a bit of "body" to it. Much more flavor depth than comparable caramel rice snacks. The ONLY thing that keeps these from being a 5 is that they contain dairy.Normally, when I have purchased comparable snack products, they are dairy free. I do purchase such snacks for my children who are allergic to dairy (and therefor could not consume this snack.) If these Caramel Popped Rice Crisps were dairy-free, they'd totally be a five in my book!
