Works really well, sound and mic quality are great. My only issue is very small. Sometimes when I join a party it automatically makes my mic volume on the Xbox settings go all the way down so I have to go in and turn it up again but it's nothing terrible and like I said I'm loving the headset

Fully honest this headset could be better but in terms of value I think it's passable as worth it's price. The fit feels good enough and no real issues. The problem is the audio quality is noticeably worse than the more expensive headsets. I switched from my wireless steelseries to this one and noticed the audio difference immediately. If you just need a headset this works though and I recommend it for casual gamers.

Great product, one of my best purchases yet the audio is great and the cord to plug in is nice and long but not too long that it's annoying. It's very comfy and doesn't leave a headset dent like other headsets that I've used. 10/10 I would recommend for people that play r6 or warzone or games like that who want the best audio specs ever

i like this headset because of its compatibility with Pc and Xbox. this was also the last thing my mother gave me before she passed. it is a really great headset. i got it on a deal for $69. it has good mic quality. aswell as good audio. thanks for reading my review and have a great rest of your day/night.

Headphones sound great and fit my ears perfectly. I'm also quite happy with the ability to detach the microphone, as I already have my own standing mic. Only problems i had with the product were the headband being slightly too short and fitting pretty snugly on my head, which leaves a bit of an indent in my hair compared to my old headphones (which were also by hyperx). The other problem was the threaded design on the cable. It came packaged with bends to keep it folded in its box during shipping, but when unpacking and setting it up, one of those bends had the cable poking out of the threading at a harsh angle and I was unable to get it back in and had to cut the threads at that spot to keep the cable straight. Now I've had to tape that whole section of cable to keep the threads from getting unfurled down the entire cable. This was only within my first two weeks of buying so it's a pretty big downer. While it more or less came down to chance, I think the fault still lies in the design itself for making this whole problem possible. Now I need a replacement cable or I'll have to deal with this taped cable. Great headphones, iffy cable.

They work pefectly and they are loud. I like the upgraded design. I had the 1st Hyper Cloud and that broke long ago. Enjoying the new pair I have now.

Too quiet. I had the HyperX II and it was way, way better in sound quality and volume capabilities. Now I have to constantly adjust the volume by a large amount when switching between output devices.

These are the worst HyperX headphones I've ever gotten, and the last time I'm buying HyperX since I started a decade ago. It's not even been a few months and the jack is already worn. Save your money buy something else.

The hardware is great, the software is moderately frustrating to use and navigate, and often doesn't work properly causing audio device settings to act strange

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came from the Cloud X which I wore for around 2 years, the quality is at least twice as good, the memory foam was so tight on my ears when I first wore them I could hear the blood moving in my head. Mic quality is crisp and clear, packaging nice as well.
